Heeya was born from a simple observation made in the field. While helping companies of all sizes with their AI projects, the same problem kept coming up: customer support was a major pain point. Teams were spending hours answering the same questions, customers were waiting too long, and existing solutions were either too complex to set up or far too expensive.
That's where the idea for Heeya came from. Rather than building yet another technical tool reserved for large enterprises, we wanted to create a platform accessible to everyone — in terms of ease of use and price alike. A tool that an e-commerce store, a law firm, a real estate agency, or an HR team could get up and running in minutes, with no technical background required.
Founded in 2024 in Toulouse, Heeya is built on the latest advances in generative AI and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). In practice, this means every AI assistant you create on our platform is trained on your own documents and data — FAQs, product catalogs, job descriptions, internal procedures. As a Data Scientist specializing in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and generative AI, I bring over 6 years of consulting experience with companies of all sizes. Based in Toulouse, I help clients design, develop, and industrialize AI solutions — from initial scoping through production deployment and knowledge transfer.
It was by witnessing, engagement after engagement, the same recurring customer support needs that I decided to create Heeya: a tool designed to be simple, effective, and affordable. My vision: that every company, regardless of size, can harness the power of conversational AI in their day-to-day operations.
Before founding Heeya, I designed and deployed AI solutions for over ten companies across a wide range of contexts. Those real-world experiences shaped every aspect of the platform.
My background is rooted in applied data science. Trained in Toulouse, I specialized early on in Natural Language Processing (NLP): text classification, entity extraction, semantic analysis, automatic summarization, and fine-tuning of pre-trained models like BERT. This deep NLP foundation is the backbone of Heeya's entire AI architecture.
With the rise of large language models (LLMs), I naturally shifted my focus toward enterprise generative AI. Today I work on technical leadership and architecture engagements centered on LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI agents. My approach is always the same: start from the business need, build a robust solution, and ship it to production with quality controls in place (monitoring, cost management, security).
